The library required significant upgrades to address aging infrastructure, improve energy efficiency, and enhance accessibility for the community. Our goal was to restore and modernize the facility while preserving its essential function as a public learning and gathering space.

Our team designed and executed a strategic restoration plan to reinforce the library’s structure, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience while minimizing disruptions.

Building Envelope & Structural Enhancements:

To improve durability and efficiency, we completed:

  • Masonry and façade restoration to address wear and prevent further deterioration

  • Waterproofing applications to protect against moisture infiltration

  • Installation of high-performance insulation for energy savings

  • Roof repairs and sealing to enhance durability

Interior & Mechanical Upgrades

We modernized interior spaces and systems to create a more functional and comfortable environment, including:

  • HVAC upgrades for improved climate control and air quality

  • Electrical and lighting system enhancements for energy efficiency

  • Accessibility improvements, including barrier-free entry points and navigation upgrades

  • Fire safety system updates, including alarm and sprinkler enhancements
