Restoration and Upgrade Project at Niagara College Canada’s Welland Campus by ICON Restoration

ICON Restoration was selected to carry out essential restoration and upgrade work at Niagara College Canada’s Welland campus. This project aimed to enhance the building envelope, improve energy efficiency, and modernize key interior spaces to support a safe and productive learning environment.

The Challenge

The college required infrastructure improvements to maintain the integrity of its facilities while ensuring a comfortable and energy-efficient space for students and faculty. The project addressed structural wear, environmental efficiency, and compliance with modern safety standards.
