The facility’s assessment revealed multiple structural concerns requiring immediate attention. The underground parking structure faced deteriorating concrete surfaces, with visible signs of water damage compromising its integrity. Additionally, the outdated sprinkler system no longer met current safety standards, presenting potential risks to building occupants.
Our team developed a strategic rehabilitation plan that prioritized both safety and efficiency. Working in phases allowed us to maintain partial garage access throughout the project duration.
